Match Vendors

Most match vendors were 2 or 4 column machines, although some had other designs that defy simple classification. Few were globe machines, and because they evoke less nostalgic longing than do gum or peanut vendors or trade stimulators, match machines tend to be less actively sought and generally less expensive to acquire. Exceptions to that rule exist, but high-end match machines are less expensive than high-end gumball machines.
